Shipping policy

Shipping policy:

We ship out sold items from our suppliers from various locations and only after verified full payment has been received from the buyer. A reasonable handling time of up to 5 business days may occur before an item is actually in the hands of the shipper due to, but not limited to, unforeseeable challenges such as a high volume holiday rush of purchases, staffing problems, strikes, inclement weather, acts of God, world health crisis as in COVID-19, unexpected inventory issues, and possibly many others. Otherwise, we make every attempt to ship sold items out within 2 business days after verified full payment has been received from the buyer. Many of our products are provided by "drop shipping" providers who have good reputations for quick fulfillment and shipping practices in place.  According to them, their handling time ranges from 1-3 days.

If sold items are not shipped out in accordance to these terms, due to factors out of our control, we will investigate the cause and determine if the delay cannot be remedied with an additional 5 business days. In such a case, we will offer a full refund to the buyer in lieu of making them wait even longer for their item/s to be shipped out to them.
